Michael S. Lista - Originator
I grew up in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. I am a 2000 graduate of St. Joseph's Preparatory School and a 2005 graduate of The Catholic University of America, where I earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology. In 2012, I earned my professional Certification in Education from Cabrini University.
As a teenager, I started working during summers for my Godfather's commercial and residential roofing/construction company. I began as a laborer and worked my way up to sales and estimating. The industry taught me the value of hard work and shaped me into the person I am today.
In 2009, I was hired by Lower Merion School District as a Special Education Instructional Assistant. From 2009 to 2018, I worked at the Middle School and High School levels teaching and assisting students with a variety of disabilities including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disorders, and Learning Disabilities. Through this rewarding work and training, I learned the values of patience, compassion and perseverance.
In 2018, I joined Crowdlending Inc., a direct real estate hard money lending company. My goal is to help real estate investors fund their deals in the simplest ways possible. I will do my best to educate and help all investors who are interested in growing their portfolios and bettering their lives through the acquisition and sale of real estate.
